The premier community of Stone Canyon in Oro Valley contains some of the area’s most spectacular homes. NightOwl was fortunate to have the opportunity to photograph yet another of these gems. NightOwl Projects is finalizing the last details of an updated website for our recent clients Debby LeBlanc & Yolanda Ponce of Tierra Antigua Realty. Known throughout the Tucson real estate industry with their catchy YoDeb nickname, these two focused REALTORS© wanted to update their website presence and most importantly provide a platform for their clients to search the most up-to-date resource of home listings. Utilizing the FlexMLS IDX system, we’ve created a destination for Debby & Yolanda that provides their clients real time information and captures the character of their business model.

Each NightOwl created website is solely customized to our customer’s specifications and allows them to modify the site easily without additional costs. Stone Canyon Golf Villa

Another Stone Canyon home recently on the market is one of the Stonegate Golf Villas. Listing agent Suzie Corona enlisted the services of NightOwl Projects to take a set of photos which would best highlight this pristine home. Such a stylish home is a real treat to photography and the evening weather was ideal to capture some spectacular shots. An added bonus to this session was the presence of two Western Screech Owls perched by the front entryway, which of course we needed to capture a quick picture of. NightOwl Ads & Article in Arizona Fairways

The latest issue of Arizona Fairways, a leading golf publication featuring courses throughout the state, just came off the presses and features several ads & an article written by NightOwl Projects. Featured on the issue’s cover is Stone Canyon, Tucson’s premier golf course & private residential community. Just inside the front cover is a three page spread showcasing Stone Canyon’s many highlights & real estate options. On a fourth page outside of that spread is an advertisement from Stone Canyon showcasing “The Experience”, a limited promotional membership option which doesn’t require a property purchase. Both of these print ad spread are the creation of NightOwl.

Also featured in the Fairway News section of the magazine, towards the middle of the magazine, is an article championing the benefits of property ownership and membership at the club. Asked by The Stone Canyon Club to produce a written informational piece, NightOwl took on the challenge and produced a comprehensive overview of Stone Canyon. Perhaps most remarkable of all is that the three page spread, one page “The Experience” Ad, and the article were created in one day “under the gun” of a printing deadline. The opportunity came about for Stone Canyon at the last minute and NightOwl delivered. An online version of the publication should soon be available on Arizona Fairways’ website, but until then you can visit your local golf course to view the magazine.

Personalized Home Website

Stone Canyon Properties, Inc. has partnered with NightOwl Projects to develop personalized home websites for some of their premium listings. This program features either a standard website for the home being listed that includes a property description & unlimited photos. The website allows other marketing efforts from MLS listings, print advertisements, and various online promotions to culminate in one central location that is “holding tank” of information about the property. Ultimately the goal is to have interested buyers learn enough about the residence from the comfort & convenience of their own home to then schedule a tour to view the property. Interested parties can directly link from Stone Canyon’s main page and once on the specific property website a contact form allows for easy tour scheduling.

In addition to the standard package option, NightOwl offers a custom personalized home site which goes into much more depth. Typically this program is best suited to homes that have a story to tell or a considerable amount of unique features to highlight. Again unlimited photographs can be used in a variety of different galleries to better organize them. Adding video is another recommended feature as it combines the visual property tour that goes beyond photos and mates it with an auditory description. The customization available is extensive with this level of website and includes a unique appearance that separates it from the standard packages.

Got Wood?

Recently a client of NightOwl Projects wanted to take some photographs of his custom woodie hot rod. We couldn’t pass up the opportunity to photograph such a marvelous automobile and we’re quite pleased with the resulting photos. The teaser pic here is a nice representation of the images we took, but you can view more of them in our photography gallery. Built from the ground up, this phenomenal vehicle sports a Roush engine and custom crafted wood paneling. Built at Squeeg’s Kustoms in the Phoenix area, this one off ride has won multiple awards across the Southwest and been featured in multiple magazines.

Facelift For Stone Canyon Site

Stone Canyon’s website was remarkably well received this past season since it’s re-launch back in November 2010. Now this summer NightOwl Projects will again be modifying it’s appearance slightly to add additional functionality. Initially the client hadn’t wanted to add a blog to the site, but after consultation we’ve recommended this utilize the full capabilities of this WordPress platform to inform their property owners and prospective clients of the latest news about Stone Canyon. NightOwl has already begun work on this feature update and has additionally contracted with Stone Canyon to provide assistance with their email marketing campaigns upcoming, video presentations for the website and direct mail, and photography services for listings of this upscale real estate brokerage. We’re looking forward to continuing to provide these services for Stone Canyon and furthering their business goals.

FlexMLS Integration

A key component to real estate websites in today’s market is allowing visitors and clients the opportunity to search listings available in the community. Adding this functionality to any REALTOR© website is simply achieved and there are a number of different providers offering this IDX integration. We highly recommend Tucson REALTORS© utilize the IDX integration offered by the FlexMLS system. There are several substantial benefits to using the Flex system over a third-party IDX application such as:

Real time updates quicker than any other IDX solution can offer. This provides your clients with the most up to date information possible and eliminates wasted hours of your time searching properties a client tells you about that may have changed status.

Portals – Since the Flex IDX ties right into your MLS account your clients can create user accounts through the software’s portal system. This will allow you to easily provide them with updated listings to view online and you’ll be able to see their activity as well.
